The journey to film making the long way round
About me
My passion for film making started at age 10 when a canon VHS camcorder entered the household. After 2 years of driving my parents up the wall making small vignettes they sought it fit in 1986 to send me down to the Film & Television Institute (FTI) in Fremantle, Western Australia.
As life has a tendency to do, things took a turn and my parents divorced, resulting in a change in direction as I headed towards the safety of a secure paycheck in the IT world. However the passion to make film still held a distant flame in my heart.

However as the years wound past instead of the creative flame inside me being doused out it burned brighter. In 2015 I quit my job and reentered the education system determined to study Film & Television. I'm still travelling the long road, when I get to where I need to be I'll let you know.
